1. The service
Killer Muscle is a free training planner with a workout log, progress tracking and an AI coach (Richard), plus articles about training. It is run by FOXVISITS Radosław Downar, ul. Leśna 29/1, 74-400 Dębno, Poland. Contact: info@killermuscle.com.
2. Account
You can build a plan without an account. To save plans, log workouts and use the coach, you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your inbox safe, because whoever opens the link gets into the account. One account per person. You can delete it any time in Account.
3. Not medical advice
Plans, coach reviews and articles are general training information. They are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor or physiotherapist. Richard is an AI and can be wrong. Check with a doctor before you start if you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have not trained for a long time. If something hurts, stop the exercise. Sharp pain, dizziness or chest pain means stop training and get medical help. You train at your own risk and you choose the weights.
4. AI coach
Coach answers are generated automatically. There is a daily limit of reviews per account. Do not use the coach for questions about medication, supplements, diet plans or injuries. It will not answer them.
5. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or scrape the service, get into other people's accounts, or use the coach to produce content that has nothing to do with your training. We can block accounts that do this.
6. Content
Texts, plans, the exercise library and the design belong to Killer Muscle. Your logs and notes stay yours. You can export them any time.
7. Liability
The service is free and provided as it is. We try to keep it working and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
8. Changes and law
We can update these terms. If a change matters, we will show it in the app before it applies. Polish law applies, without taking away consumer protection from the country where you live.
